Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely records.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate suitability.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and analytics to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment (experience in corporate or industrial sectors is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the corporate or industrial sector is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Cairo and Upper Egypt branches as needed.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
