Job Description
- Supervise and lead the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services.
- Monitor, analyze, and achieve HR KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve HR processes and team performance.
- Manage the full cycle of HR functions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Build and maintain strong employee relations by addressing grievances, conflicts, and ensuring employee satisfaction.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide coaching and guidance to HR staff, ensuring their professional growth and high performance.
- Act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 to 4 years) in HR with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Strong knowledge of all HR functions (Recruitment, Performance, Training, C&B, Employee Relations, Employer Branding, Personnel, Compliance).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Hands-on experience in setting and achieving HR KPIs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and action plans.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
