Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for medical and healthcare positions, with a proven track record of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various medical roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and create job descriptions that reflect organizational needs.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment events, to build a talent pipeline.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to manage candidate information efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive compensation and benefits packages in the medical sector.
  • Mentor and train junior recruiters, sharing best practices and strategies for successful recruitment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in the medical or healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of medical roles and the qualifications required for various positions.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
