Job Description
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (social media and Wuzzuf etc...).
- Handling the whole recruitment cycle and its process.
- Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Manage onboarding and new hire process.
- Responsible for giving feedback and conducting job offers.
- Attending job fairs.
- Responsible for all the employee file and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of (Commerce) or (Law) is preferred or any other equivalent degree.
- HR Diploma is a Must.
- knowledge of Labor law is plus.
- Experience from 1 to 3 years.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
