Job Description
- Execute the monthly payroll operations
- Ensure payroll transactions are registered on the Payroll system
- Monitor the monthly over time calculation in line with the time attendance system
- Issue the relevant HR letters for the concerned parties in line with the salary structure
- Issue the monthly settlements related to the payroll system,
- Arrange the Banking ATMs procedures for new hires in coordination with finance department.
- Settle down the monthly/ yearly bonus according to the company regulations
- Follow up the monthly Performance appraisal for all levels to calculate the monthly Payroll efficiently.
- Update the payroll system with the monthly salary structure and transactions
Job Requirements
- Excellent excel user.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
- Minimum experience 3-5 Years in payroll is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Proven work experience at least 3 years in personnel & payroll. In-depth knowledge of general accounting principles and payroll best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving. Strong knowledge of tax and LL laws.
- Excellent Excel use.
- Able to deal with different cultures and personalities.
