Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Sales Executive to develop, grow, and manage our reseller, distributor, and partner network.
You will be responsible for driving indirect sales revenue through strategic channel relationships while protecting and complementing Genesis AI’s direct sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard resellers, distributors, consulting firms, and strategic channel partners
- Build and manage a structured Genesis AI Partner Program
- Educate and enable partners with training, sales materials, and co-marketing support
- Work closely with partners to generate leads, develop joint value propositions, and close deals
- Manage deal registration and partner pipeline reporting
- Ensure strong partner satisfaction and drive continuous partner growth
- Balance channel sales with direct sales efforts without conflict
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly channel revenue targets
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B channel sales, partner management, or indirect sales (technology, SaaS, digital transformation, consulting services preferred)
- Strong understanding of partner business models and incentives
- Experience designing or running a Partner Program is a strong advantage
- Exceptional communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred
