Job Description

  • Monitoring employee attendance and punctuality daily, addressing unexcused absences or repeated lateness, and issuing formal warnings that may escalate to termination, when necessary, by company policies and labor law.
  • Updating staff records on both the HR database and manual filing systems.
  • Issuing employment and annual renewal contracts.
  • Handling all interactions and documentation with the Labor Office.
  • Preparing and submitting documents to the Social Insurance.
  • Maintaining employee files and records in both on the system and paper formats.
  • Maintaining the resume database.
  • Scheduling interviews.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and basic labor laws.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
