Job Description
- Monitoring employee attendance and punctuality daily, addressing unexcused absences or repeated lateness, and issuing formal warnings that may escalate to termination, when necessary, by company policies and labor law.
- Updating staff records on both the HR database and manual filing systems.
- Issuing employment and annual renewal contracts.
- Handling all interactions and documentation with the Labor Office.
- Preparing and submitting documents to the Social Insurance.
- Maintaining employee files and records in both on the system and paper formats.
- Maintaining the resume database.
- Scheduling interviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and basic labor laws.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
