Role Overview:
The People Partner will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, supporting key HR initiatives across Organizational Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management. This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals who are passionate about driving people strategies and enhancing employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business teams to implement people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Support OD projects such as org design, change management, and cultural initiatives.
- Coordinate and follow up on talent reviews, succession plans, and development programs.
- Drive engagement activities, analyze survey results, and support action planning.
- Assist in managing the performance management cycle (goal setting, reviews, feedback).
- Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to employees and managers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, with a passion for people and organizational development.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
