Job Description
- Assist in the recruitment hiring process for non medical gaps.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Write and post job ads on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Screen applications, shortlist, and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain employee files and Scanning.
- Coordinate the training plan.
- Handling staff attendance system and preparing reports.
- Assist in various HR-related topics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business administration or a relative field Preferred.
- HR Certificate or Diploma is a prefer .
- 6 Months to 1years of experience as an HR coordinator / Or internship @ HR
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
