Internship Description

Job Description: 

  • The Training Administrative Coordinator provides critical support to the Training Academy by coordinating training programs, maintaining training records, scheduling sessions, managing the facilities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. 
  • This role acts as a liaison between trainers, participants, and department managers to ensure all training efforts are delivered efficiently and effectively.
     

Internship Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 1-2  years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in a training or HR environment.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
