Job Purpose:
To actively promote and sell residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties developed by TMG. The Senior Property Consultant guides clients through the buying process, ensuring an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations:
Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct meetings with clients to understand their property needs and investment goals.
Provide clients with comprehensive information about available units, project features, payment plans, and legal aspects.
Sales Activities:
Present and sell properties to prospective clients in line with their requirements.
Conduct site visits and tours of model units and project developments.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Negotiation and Closing:
Handle client negotiations professionally to close deals.
Assist clients with completing booking forms, reservation agreements, and any related paperwork.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor projects, and changing customer needs.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market dynamics.
Team Support:
Mentor and support junior consultants when needed.
Collaborate with marketing and after-sales teams to enhance the client journey.
