Job Description
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Interview and Selection:
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist in the selection process, including administering assessments and reference checks.
Onboarding:
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Conduct new hire orientation sessions.
Organizational Development:
Training and Development:
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Assist in the development of performance improvement plans.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
Change Management:
- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Provide guidance and support to employees during periods of change.
Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations on key HR metrics.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HR department.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into HR strategies.
Job Requirements
Previous work experience in the field of software companies is a must
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent & OD acquisition and organizational development.
Proven experience in designing and implementing
Proven experience in Headhunting & Sourcing &recruitment and training programs.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
