- Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field is preferable.
- An advanced degree or certification in MEL is an advantage.
- 2-5 years of experience in MEL, preferably in the development or humanitarian sector.
- Proven experience in data collection, management, and analysis.
- Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, or Power BI).
- Knowledge of MEL frameworks like Log frame Approach, Results-Based Management, or Theory of Change.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
