Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Entry-Level Project Manager fluent in French and English to support the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects across multicultural teams. This role involves direct client engagement, coordination of project activities, and preparation of bilingual documentation to ensure seamless communication and operational excellence.
- Attend and facilitate onsite and remote project meetings, clear communication and alignment.
- Prepare and distribute Minutes of Meeting, action plans, and project documentation in both English and French
- Monitor and follow up on day-to-day project execution, tracking deliverables and milestones
- Create and maintain project artifacts including timelines, risk logs, and stakeholder matrices
- Participate in project go-live activities at customer premises, supporting deployment and transition
- Present project plans, conduct orientation sessions for new clients, and lead kick-off presentations
- Collaborate with multicultural teams, fostering inclusive communication and accountability
- Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and sharing feedback
Job Requirements
- Fluency in French and English (Arabic is plus)
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Previous internship or exposure to project coordination is a plus
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
