Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and organizing appointments
- Following up on the operation of the educational platform
- Responding to clients and providing support
- Coordinating training courses and workshops in Helwan
- Managing financial records and bank transactions
- Supervising educational center lectures in Helwan
- Monitoring the progress of an agricultural land project in Minya
Job Requirements
- Must reside in or near Helwan
- Full-time availability is required
- Basic to good commitment to deadlines and punctuality
- Basic to good communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with educational platforms (e.g., uploading lectures, adding students)
- Willingness to travel between governorates when needed
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and simple design tools
- Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing and managing social media pages
- Basic understanding of English (reading and writing)
