Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, etc.)
- Drive app installs, content creator engagement, and transactional user activity
- Monitor campaign performance using metrics like CAC, CPI, CPM, ROAS, CTR, etc.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, placements, audiences, and ad copy
- Collaborate with content, design, and data teams to align campaign goals
- Manage media budgets effectively to achieve growth KPIs within cost constraints
- Generate weekly performance reports and actionable insights
Job Requirements
- Proven experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
- Solid knowledge of campaign tracking and analytics tools (Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and optimize campaigns in real-time
- Strong communication and copywriting skills for ad creatives
- Experience in AI Courses ads
