Job Description
- Performed quantity surveying for variance items , ensuring accurate data for cost estimation and scheduling .
- Develop a realistic project schedule using tools like Primavera and MS Project.
- Coordinated with project teams and make site visit to gather progress data for schedule updates and identify potential delays .
- Plan and monitor the project budget, tracking progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather periodic updates for time and cost to prepare project progress reports including progress layouts ,charts , histograms ,,,,,)
- Generate variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance, typically using the Earned Value Method) at different project stages to analyze deviations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering
- +4 years’ experience prefer real-estate sector
- Highly Communication & Presentation Skill - Attention to detail - Team Working Abilities - Eager to Learn- reporting skills
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, EOT (Extension of Time) claims, and delay analysis.
- Computer Skills : Proficiency in Primavera P6 - Excel – AutoCAD
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
