Job Description
- Update the schedule based on inputs received from project team
- Prepare the monthly Progress reports
- Monitor progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning
- Prepare Monthly client invoice for buildings
- Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member (delay analysis)
- Prepare the Self Execution Performance analysis report
- Prepare the Sub-Contractors Performance analysis report
- Assist in OT Claims
- Prepare the Action Plan (Modified Sequence)
- Monitor the Subcontractors Schedules.
- Prepare the Procurement Dates - Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products
- Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management
- Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Architecture Engineering.
- 4-6 years of experience in planning field.
- Primavera is a Must.
- Very Good Microsoft Office Skills
