Job Description
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using planning tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams to align resources and schedules.
- Analyze risks and propose mitigation plans to avoid production delays.
- Monitor progress and prepare reports on KPIs, timelines, and resource usage.
- Provide technical planning support during all phases of operations.
- Participate in cost estimation and planning for new projects or production expansions.
- Continuously improve planning systems and workflows for better efficiency and accuracy.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering – Production or Mechatronics Engineering is a must.
- 3+ years of experience in production or project planning, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, planning methodologies, and scheduling tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and planning software (Primavera P6 is a plus).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
