Job Description
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and control budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Track actual project performance against baseline and report variances.
Prepare reports such as cash flow, S-curves, and earned value analysis.
Coordinate with various departments to gather data for planning and cost tracking.
Support tendering and feasibility studies with accurate cost data and schedules.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Arch).
4 to 6 years of experience in planning and cost control in construction projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and project tracking.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
