Job Description
- Lead and monitor project cost control activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analyses.
- Coordinate closely with the planning, procurement, and technical office teams.
- Analyze actual vs. planned costs and provide proactive recommendations.
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical).
- From 6 to 8 years of experience in Cost Control within construction companies.
- Previous experience in Tendering or Estimation is a must.
- Strong command of Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
