Job Description
- Monitor and control project budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals
- Track actual costs vs. budgeted figures and report any variances
- Prepare accurate cost forecasts and cash flow projections
- Analyze and support change orders, variations, and claims
- Work closely with planning, procurement, and finance teams for cost alignment
- Maintain up-to-date cost databases and documentation for reporting and audits
- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and risk areas
- Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in cost control or project controls.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
