Sr. Cost Control Engineer

Support the cost control team in various activities linked to the cost - Control functions for the assigned project.
- Helps in generating monthly cost control reports according to company’s standard Form and associated back-up.
- Assists in collecting and classifying cost data, as directed.
- Analyze project expenses by trade to evaluate its compliance with the budget.
- Monitor the status and actual cost for labors, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Review invoice status on monthly basis and highlight any major figures
- Assist in Preparing the provision and analysis of any costs related to claims
- Prepare project Cash flow.
- Initiates, coordinates, and maintains Projects List of Deliverables
- Perform other assignments as necessary to support the function/department
