Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to determine candidate fit for the company and specific roles.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on the construction industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
