We are a software development company.
We are looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller who can confidently contact potential clients, qualify leads, and book appointments for our sales team. You’ll be targeting businesses in the US and Canada.
Fixed hourly payment + 10% commission from each closed deal
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confidence speaking with decision-makers (CEO, founder, etc.)
Quiet working environment & stable internet
Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Hubspot, Notion is a plus
Self-motivated and result-driven
