Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Export Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing international markets, building strong customer relationships, and driving export sales to achieve company targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and a strong understanding of international trade practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas distributors, agents, and customers.
Manage the entire export sales process from inquiry to order fulfillment, including quotations, negotiations, and closing deals.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation for all export activities including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
Monitor international market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of export orders.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Ensure compliance with export laws, regulations, and company policies.
Job Requirements

- Build a database of all potential clients By Searching a new clients who might need company services or products and maximize customer potential in designated regions.
- Meet with potential clients and introduce our company.
- Market the company through emails social media personal meetings and site visits
- Explain different label systems show samples and discuss offers with potential clients.
- Handle clients’ inquiries and complaints regarding product delivery to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate offers and follow up with potential clients until the contract signed
- Prepare periodic reports to the Direct Manager.
- Experience in sales and marketing.
- Good relations/connections in the Construction marketing to help in finding new customers.
- An active and motivated person looking to land big commissions.
