Job Description

Commercial Sales Lead (Business Development)

Location: Nasr Road, Nasr City
Compensation: Competitive gross salary + commission

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional with strong negotiation, relationship management, and decision-making skills. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes ownership of their pipeline, generates leads, and closes deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Proactively generate and nurture leads, leveraging LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach.
  • Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Present and promote company products and services while addressing client objectives.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring compliance with legal and business guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including revenue, invoices, and contracts.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and ensure high-quality after-sales support.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
