Job Description


           Strategic Planning and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and potential markets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans.
    Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, and proactively engage them.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Share industry insights and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective branding and marketing materials
    Financial Performance:
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
    Team Leadership and Development:
  • Mentor and coach the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in the events, interior design, or creative services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the industry trends and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
