Job Description

  1. Follow up the attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine"
  2. Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave, …etc
  3. Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system
  4. Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
  5. Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date.
  6. Manage in the process of employee’s termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees. 
  7. Conduct total compensation market analysis to enhance market competitiveness.
  8. Conduct job evaluation and job mapping activities & salary surveys.
  9. Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
  10. Support & participate in preparation company salary scale.
  11. Monitor payment of salary, tax, and social insurance share.
  12. Responsible for entering new employees on system and adding on fingerprint System.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 5 proven work experience as Payroll Specialist
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent in MS Office.
  • ERP system experience is must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills
  • BSc degree in accounting or equivalent
