Job Description
- Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses.
- Prepare cost breakdown for landscape items in Tender B.O.Q.
- Easily move to job sites to gather information on materials needed, labor required, and other factors.
- Read all Tender documents in order to prepare estimates.
- Collaborate with all departments such as Planning team, Q.S team, and Accounting team on tender requires.
- Recommend ways to reduce project cost if applicable taking into consideration the quality
- Prepare Subcontractor set “drawing, B.O.Q, spec” & follow up & Compare their quotations.
- Determinate the indirect cost & overhead of the tender project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture / Landscape Engineering.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in the same field.
