Job Description
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for both blue- and white-collar positions, With a focus on blue collar staff
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines
- Oversee workforce planning, talent assessments, and offer negotiations
- Align recruitment practices with current market trends and global best practices
- Drive employer branding initiatives and enhance talent engagement efforts
- Prepare job offer letters
- Conduct compensation and benefits analyses for various roles
- Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
- Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback
- Perform background and reference checks
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
- Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
- Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing or technical recruitment
- Proven success in managing high-volume hiring in fast-paced environments
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and modern recruitment platforms
- Professional HR certification is a plus
- Strategic thinker with excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf ,…etc)
- Excellent organizational skills
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
