Job Description
- Develop and execute an annual HR strategic plan in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Lead large-scale recruitment efforts to support the company’s growth and operational needs.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring up-to-date job descriptions and effective talent selection.
- Enhance new employee experience by refining onboarding and orientation programs.
- Analyze turnover rates and implement retention strategies to ensure team stability.
- Monitor compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal policies; update procedures accordingly.
- Lead performance management system and KPIs, guiding managers to drive high performance.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on organizational structure and talent development.
- Design and implement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs to maintain market competitiveness.
- Provide regular analytical HR reports on key metrics like turnover, cost-per-hire, and absenteeism.
- Support department heads in policy implementation and compliance guidance.
- Lead disciplinary actions and internal investigations, ensuring fair and professional conflict resolution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in a managerial HR role.
- Advanced knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills with a proven ability to deliver strategic HR results.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and modern HR technologies.
