Job Description
- Taking full ownership of the recruitment process end to end and defining recruitment strategy with hiring managers.
- Drives achievement of the hiring targets, including time to fill, cost per hire, university hiring, and diversity goals.
- Implement Competency and performance-based hiring methods to assess and select the best talent for the business.
- Proactively source and attract candidates on different levels as a main focus so that we have a diverse and high-quality pool of candidates ready for consideration.
- Offer management and negotiations with selected candidates in an efficient and timely manner.
- Set up a dashboard for hiring analysis and perform frequent reports (Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly).
- Drives team's performance and facilitates conflict resolution.
- Advise and support hiring managers on best practices, policies, and procedures throughout the hiring journey.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent organizational ability with great attention to detail.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition within manufacturing environments.
- Solid background in recruiting blue- and white-collar roles, including C-level positions.
