Job Description

 

  • Perform administrative tasks
  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of an organization, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. 
  • Manage staff, implement policies, and oversee office operations, including budget management, record keeping, and scheduling.
  • Experience in dealing with government agencies (industrial development - city agencies - and so on )
  • Maintain schedule of operations
  • Cooperate with different departments
  • Responsible for the maintenance department and housekeeping department
  • Responsible for dealing with electricity and gas companies
  • Preparing the policy of the administrative department

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Administration Manager or similar role more than 7 years - Chemical industries is preferred 
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as an Operations Associate
