Job Description
- Perform administrative tasks
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of an organization, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of all administrative tasks.
- Manage staff, implement policies, and oversee office operations, including budget management, record keeping, and scheduling.
- Experience in dealing with government agencies (industrial development - city agencies - and so on )
- Maintain schedule of operations
- Cooperate with different departments
- Responsible for the maintenance department and housekeeping department
- Responsible for dealing with electricity and gas companies
- Preparing the policy of the administrative department
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Administration Manager or similar role more than 7 years - Chemical industries is preferred
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong computer proficiency
- Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an Operations Associate
