Job Description

We are an agency that helps other agencies and service-based businesses grow—specifically by building powerful client acquisition systems for them. Our entire business model is built around one clear funnel:

  2. A paid membership community that delivers deeper training and tools
  3. A high-ticket consulting service where we build and manage client acquisition systems for our most serious clients

Your role will be to support both the free and paid communities—making sure our members stay engaged, feel supported, complete their educational content, and ultimately stick around and succeed. You’ll also play a role in reviewing members’ offers, organizing content, and helping us run a tight and effective community.

Unlike most VA roles, this is not a one-off gig—we are growing fast and building out a real team. If you show you’re serious, committed, and constantly learning, there will be a clear path for promotion, whether in sales or service delivery. Down the line, you could go from supporting our community to working directly with our high-ticket international clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage our posting system in both free and paid communities (we’ll show you how)
  • Reply to members in chat and comments to keep them supported and engaged
  • Track progress and remind members to complete their training
  • Help with offer audits (we’ll give you templates and guidance)
  • Create clean, simple educational slides using tools like Canva or Gamma
  • Organize systems and updates using Google Sheets
  • Use ChatGPT to help create posts, templates, and feedback
  • Help make sure members are progressing, staying active, and getting results

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Canva, ChatGPT
  • Interest or experience in sales, marketing, or copywriting is a big plus
  • Available to work 3–4 hours per day, Monday to Friday
