Job Summary
As a Sales & Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in user acquisition, relationship management, and customer retention. You will support both content creators and users, ensuring they have a seamless experience on the platform. You’ll also collaborate with the partnerships and growth team to bring new talent and audiences to Loops Live.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Acquisition:
- Identify and reach out to potential streamers, influencers, and partners.
- Promote Loops Live’s features and benefits to attract new users and creators.
- Manage onboarding for new content creators and ensure they understand platform guidelines and monetization strategies.
- Monitor creator performance and provide strategic recommendations to improve engagement and revenue.
Customer Service:
- Respond to user inquiries via chat, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve technical issues, account problems, and payment queries efficiently.
- Collect and report user feedback to help enhance the platform and user experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform updates and features.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or community management (experience in a digital entertainment or live streaming environment is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages like Arabic, Spanish, or Bahasa are a plus).
- Familiarity with live-streaming platforms (TikTok Live, Bigo, Mico, etc.) and creator ecosystems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping users succeed.
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly.
- Flexible availability to accommodate different time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with influencer talent or digital media brands.
- CRM or customer support software knowledge (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).
- Ability to analyze metrics and prepare performance reports.
