Field Sales Representative – Commission Only – Earn up to Fifteen Thousand EGP per Month

Kiki Host provides affordable business-email and web-hosting plans for startups, clinics, retailers, and small to medium enterprises in Egypt. We are expanding fast and need motivated field sales reps to grow our customer base face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit business owners in person and present our professional email service on their own device.
- Close the deal on the spot using your personal promo code.
- Achieve at least fifteen paid Basic-plan sign-ups each calendar month.
- Assist new clients with domain purchase, first login, and hand-off to Support.
- Send a brief daily report on WhatsApp and attend a thirty-minute Zoom coaching call once per week.
- Share market feedback on pricing, objections, and competitor activity.
Compensation
- Commission equals thirty percent of the first-year revenue for every paying customer.
- Top performers currently earn more than fifteen thousand Egyptian pounds per month.
- Commission is paid monthly via bank transfer or Wise, with a digital payslip.

Job Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum six months of field or business-to-business sales experience (telecom, fintech, POS, insurance, or similar).
- Comfortable working one hundred percent on commission with no base salary.
- Available to visit prospects face-to-face at least four days per week.
- Fluent Arabic speaking skills plus basic English for technical terms such as “domain” and “cPanel.”
- Own smartphone with active WhatsApp and reliable four-G data plan.
- Legally able to work as an independent contractor in Egypt.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Prior experience selling hosting, SaaS, telecom, or payment solutions.
- Existing network within coworking spaces, startup hubs, or small-business communities.
- Basic understanding of DNS records or cPanel control panels.
- Valid driver’s licence or consistent personal transportation (car, bike, scooter).
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Google Sheets pipelines.
- Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quota in a commission-based role.
