Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing Egyptian fashion e-commerce brand. You will be the voice of our brand, assisting customers via phone, social media, and chat to ensure a smooth, friendly, and professional shopping experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone.
  • Resolve product or order-related issues professionally and efficiently
  • Track and update customers on their order status
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery
  • Handle exchange/return requests according to company policy
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Follow scripts and templates while offering personalized solutions.
     

Job Requirements

  • Based in or able to commute daily to Mokattam.
  • Previous customer service experience (preferably in e-commerce or fashion).
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
  • Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Comfortable using social media and customer service tools.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends.
