Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing Egyptian fashion e-commerce brand. You will be the voice of our brand, assisting customers via phone, social media, and chat to ensure a smooth, friendly, and professional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and phone.
- Resolve product or order-related issues professionally and efficiently
- Track and update customers on their order status
- Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery
- Handle exchange/return requests according to company policy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow scripts and templates while offering personalized solutions.
Job Requirements
- Based in or able to commute daily to Mokattam.
- Previous customer service experience (preferably in e-commerce or fashion).
- Strong communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
- Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Comfortable using social media and customer service tools.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends.
