Job Description
- Manage CEO office.
- Provide executive and administrative support to CEO.
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Present performance reports for all departments on daily basis.
- Write letters for the CEO.
- Organize and present information timely and accurately.
- Organize the Chairman’s calendar and arrange meetings.
- Remind the Chairman of important tasks and deadlines.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- handle Petty cash
- support human resources in recruitment and payroll
Job Requirements

- Living in Heliopolis or near the area
