Job Description

  • Manage CEO office.
  • Provide executive and administrative support to CEO.
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, travel arrangements, etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes
  • Present performance reports for all departments on daily basis.
  • Write letters for the CEO.
  • Organize and present information timely and accurately.
  • Organize the Chairman’s calendar and arrange meetings.
  • Remind the Chairman of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • handle Petty cash
  • support human resources in recruitment and payroll

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Living in Heliopolis or near the area
  • Company location Sheraton Heliopolis.
