Job Description
Required for immediate hiring real estate Sales manager:
- Responsible and handling team leaders and sales
- Responsible for contracting with developers
- Responsible for closing deals and archiving required target
- set plans to increase sales performance and achieve company Target
- Prepare Sales Reports
- Hire and train staff ( team leaders and Sales )
- Coordinating the marketing department to focus on special projects
- Create New Aides to increase Sales volume
- follow the operation process to get the company Target and update it
- Have a good experience in real estate Market especially new Capital
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience in real estate brokerage from 5 to 8 years and up
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills and a Team Player.
- Experience and knowledge in brokerage
- Experience and knowledge about real estate brokerage
- Knowledge and experience in Brokerage real estate field
- Experience in contracting
