Job Description

  • Maintain and update employee records (contracts, files, leave, attendance, etc.)
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and certificates
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
  • Track and manage attendance and leave systems
  • Handle HR-related inquiries and direct them appropriately
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
  • Thorough knowledge of labor laws
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field
