Job Description
- Maintain and update employee records (contracts, files, leave, attendance, etc.)
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and certificates
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
- Track and manage attendance and leave systems
- Handle HR-related inquiries and direct them appropriately
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field
