Job Description
Hr specialist experience in Real state field ,
The HR Specialist is responsible for supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process (posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews).
- Prepare and maintain employment records and onboarding documentation.
- Support new hire orientation and employee integration programs.
- Maintain and update employee data in the HR system (HRIS).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate and follow up on employee performance evaluations.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Participate in payroll coordination and attendance tracking.
- Assist in organizing HR-related events and initiatives
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field
