Job Description
- Identify and target potential customers in various sectors including construction, oil & gas, education, events, and remote accommodations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable caravan or prefab building solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to customize units based on client needs.
- Estimate project costs, prepare commercial offers, and negotiate terms to close sales.
- Conduct site visits when required to assess customer needs and provide consultation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to support strategic decision-making.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and client meetings.
- Ensure proper handover of orders to the PMD team for execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 5 up to 7 years as a sales engineer.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in modular buildings, construction, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
