Job Descriptions

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing technical expertise to our customers. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of DC systems, Hybrid systems, and cooling solutions for data centers, UPS, and generators.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their requirements and proposing tailored solutions for DC systems, Hybrid systems, cooling systems, UPS, and generators.
  • Sales Development: Generate leads, build relationships, and develop new business opportunities in the telecommunications, data center, and power industries.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and deliver detailed technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects and on-time delivery of solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.
  • Customer Support: Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any technical concerns.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4  years of experience in a sales or technical role within the DC systems, cooling solutions, or energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, UPS, generators, and related products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel across Africa and the Middle East for client meetings and project oversight.
