Job Description
- Manage and develop strong client relationships, leading to increased sales and revenue growth.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure product features and capabilities align with customer needs and requirements.
- Monitor market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide in-depth technical and financial demonstrations and project presentations to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns to ensure client satisfaction and close deals.
- Negotiate contract terms with prospective clients to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Proven 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the finishing materials or construction industry, with a track record of acquiring new clients.
- Knowledge of market segments, trends & competitors.
- Good technical knowledge in the water/wastewater treatment industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in English (Read, Written, and Spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
