Job Description

Position: Virtual Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (specify as needed)

Location: Remote

Company Overview:

We are a wholesale company specializing in importing food products from various regions around the world. We work with well-known brands such as Americana Foul and others. Our team manages product sourcing, distribution, and customer relationships, and we’re looking for a dedicated virtual assistant to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Shopify Management:

  • Adding and updating products in the Shopify store.
  • Managing product listings, descriptions, and images.
  • Adjusting prices, updating stock levels, and managing discounts for food products.

Email Campaigns:

  • Sending campaign emails through provided tools.
  • Organizing customer lists and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of marketing emails.

Advertisement & Design:

  • Creating advertisement banners (all necessary assets and templates will be provided).
  • Assisting in the design and layout of promotional materials, focusing on food products.

Invoicing & Client Management:

  • Generating and sending invoices to wholesale clients.
  • Tracking payments and following up on outstanding balances.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping of transactions.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Managing Excel sheets for product data, sales reports, customer lists, and stock levels.
  • Data entry and organizing information as needed.

Other Tasks:

  • Serving as a virtual right-hand in day-to-day office work.
  • Supporting ad hoc tasks and assisting in business growth activities.

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of Shopify or willingness to learn (training will be provided).
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Time management and organizational skills.

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Experience with Canva or basic design skills (helpful for creating advertisement banners related to food products).

Training will be provided via screen share to ensure you understand all tasks and expectations.
