Job Description
- Oversee daily activities of the real estate sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs and ensure team alignment.
- Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present to senior management.
- Analyze market trends, team performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Monitor individual performance and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign alignment and lead generation.
- Provide market feedback to inform future strategies
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a target-driven environment.
- Familiar with CRM systems and sales performance tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
