We are hiring we looking for a Human Resources – HR Generalist
AirPoint is a software company that works in the system management sector we provide every solution (ERP system) that helps managers and owners to manage their projects.
HR Generalist, or Human Resources Generalist, is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department. The duties include comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents, and working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.0.
Responsibilities
- Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies.
- Handle all administrative tasks including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
- Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change
Job Requirements
Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Years experience in administrative HR position between 3-5 preferred in Software companies
- Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools, and payroll and human resources software
- Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skill
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed.
- Good knowledge of Egyptian employment/labor laws
