Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for all digital marketing activities.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and display advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics, and technical) to ensure the timely and effective delivery of projects.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-sell or upsell additional services to existing clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure project profitability and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and support junior account managers and team members in delivering exceptional client service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a client-facing account management role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult client situations professionally.
