Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to serve as the vital link between our clients and internal teams. You’ll attend meetings with clients, take structured notes, prepare professional presentations and proposals, track project feedback, and help ensure our solutions align perfectly with client needs.
This is a mid-level position ideal for someone with a technical background, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset who is ready to support clients beyond just regular business hours when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings and take clear, organized notes on project requirements
- Create internal presentations and summaries of meeting outcomes
- Prepare client-facing presentations or proposals based on newly requested features or enhancements
- Track and update client inputs using Excel or relevant tools
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers and technical teams
- Assist in aligning client expectations with the development process
- Prepare regular reports for management on project status and client feedback
- Follow up with clients regarding changes, issues, or clarification
- Provide flexible support via email or WhatsApp, including outside of regular working hours, to address any urgent issues or system-related concerns clients may face
- Support the delivery team with insights that ensure high client satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English – must understand and respond clearly to client inquiries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in software testing or quality assurance
- Experience in a tech company or client-facing technical role
- Ability to understand new client requirements and translate them into structured proposals or feature outlines
- Understanding of business analysis or project coordination concepts
